Kooday Win Share Marketplace is Live!

Progress at last as the long awaited WinShare Marketplace launches. This is a big step and an important one. The next step is the introduction of the new profit share formula.

There has been a fair bit of confusion regarding the WSM and it’s introduction. People are asking a lot about what they need to do now, what profit share they will get and if they need to pay the $33 for participating.

Well first you only need to pay the $33 if you want to benefit from sharing your keywords. If you do you will qualify for the commissions from people that are sharing in your words and any referrals you have that are as well.

On top of that you are eligible for the Monthly Win Share Bonus Pool. Anyone can take part if they pay the $33. I suppose it is a case of will it be worth it to you? The other thing that you must consider is that you only get a percentage of your eligible pool payment based on how long your subscription has been running. 1% per day till it hits 100%.

Kooday have made a good chart showing the different bonuses members can earn and at what levels they earn them.

As you can see it pays to be a Diamond because you have the extra bonus that you do not have to pay the subscription for. You have to earn Diamond credits for it in the WSM by tendering words. These credits are reset each month. This means that members that are more active will share in larger parts of the Diamond Credit bonus pool.

So what about people at the lower levels, what does this mean for them?

Well members starting out now have more options to consider. They are able to progress up the levels faster but they are not building a keyword inventory if they only use the WSM. So what should they do? My suggestion is a bit of both. Using the WSM they are building their PSCs and Gold credits which they will be paid the weekly profit share on. Until they hit Diamond their keyword value does not really matter as much.

This may change when the new profit share system is brought in.

New members are unlikely to benefit from subscribing to the WSM straight away although there are some advantages if they do.

Their % of profit share in the Win Share Bonus Pool will increase with time.

Very Important to understand: The profit sharing from this pool is on a sliding scale format. Kooday will pay 1% to 100% of your qualifying portion of the pool. The percentage depends on how many days a member had an active subscription running. Example: If at time of payout a member had an active subscription to the WSMP for 4 days then they would only receive 4% of their qualifying amount. If another member had their subscription active for 63 days then they would receive 63% of their qualifying amount. In order to receive the maximum of 100% of their qualifying amount they must have had an active subscription for at least 100 days.

So you can see that you only get 100% of that pool after 100 days. If a member can afford it then it is not a bad idea to get a head start. To make it a bit better for them they should get a few words that people can tender so they can make some of the 5c commissions from it. People are working together to make these 5c commissions for those that have subscribed.

So back to those starting out. Credits are now awarded as follows

Buying a word without the Win Share Marketplace – 0 credits but own the word.

In the Win Share Marketplace you accumulate credits depending on your level. The credits are random and the word you choose to tender has no relevance on the amount of credits yu will get. You can even tender your own words. Here is what you will get depending on your level.

10 to 100 Profit Share Credits up to the maximum 50,000
1 to 10 Gold Credits up to the maximum 5,000
1 to 10 Diamond Credits *** note you will also get Gold reseve credits random 1 to 10 until you have 5000

The Diamond credits reset to zero after the Monthly profit share payments. All of the other credits are accumulative.

It is an important factor to know when tendering keywords is to share in as many different keywords and phrases as possible. A member will recieve a better portion in profit sharing by tendering in a variety of keywords rather than of repeating in the same keyword.

It goes on to say that if you tender a word more than 7 times in a 7 day period you will not increase your profit share by doing it.

So the basic progression for members is still pretty straightforward with just a few extras thrown in.

Kooday stated there would be more information posted the day after this came out. So far there has not been any more information posted and I am not sure what else they would add. Maybe information on how the money is distributed from the profit share?

The Winshare only pays commissions from tenders to those people that have subscribed . Many people are now posting words for peole to tender. From now on I will post a list of  between 10-20 words for people to tender on from members that are subscribed.
