It is a question so many people want to know. Even at this early stage being in pre launch there are the side ads and Banner Ads that many people are utilising. But do they work. Well here is a little information for you. I recently had to change over my ads from paypal to alertpay meaning I only had a minor ad being promoted on Kooday from the 17Oct10 to the 26Oct10 . This coincided with an increase of traffic so when my ads were reinstated there was an immediate impact in the traffic I received to them as can be seen on my budurl graph.
Remembering that is clicks not views. Obviously different ads will perform differently so it is hard to compare what one person gets to another. Having said that it is important to see that ads get clicks and are not just getting views. You can check how many views and clicks your ad has received on Kooday by clicking on View/Edit Ad. Here is an example.
It is best to use a third party application to verify the traffic your ads are getting. You can also tell exactly where the clicks came from if you have ads in more than one place. There are a few ways of doing this. You could use a URL shortener which tracks the traffic like Budurl or Bit.ly. Both work well and have some good features. If you have your own website another way to do it would be to use Statcounter which gives excellent statistics regarding the visitors to your site. You can see some of the options and the screenshot below shows the traffic to Kooday Online. I’ve found it to be an awesome resource.

Wow that’s nice. This is evidence that advertisers would do their company good if they’d advertise with kooday.
